This brand new estate built in 2016 includes a blend of modern and rustic design and has mountain views from every room in the house. The open floor plan is ideal for large groups and includes a game room with pool table, wet bar, and sauna. This professionally furnished home provides the setting for lasting memories. NOISE
*We love our neighbors and we can't have excessive noise at this house. If you are looking to make noise then please find a a more suitable location. The last thing we want to do is interrupt your vacation.
*South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Hot tub use must end by 10pm.
*House is equipped with noise monitors that measure decibels only.
AIR CONDITONING
*We are in the 5% of homes with central air conditioning! The top two floors have AC. The lower floor does no have AC, however this floor is typically cooler.
PRIVATE Suite: Our house has a private third story suite that includes one bedroom and one bath. There is a separate entry to the private suite.
